2. Scope Of Services
We offer our Services as capital providers to residential real estate and mixed-use private lenders.
We may alter, suspend, discontinue, or subcontract our Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice to the extent permitted under applicable law. Our Services may also periodically become unavailable due to maintenance, malfunction of computer equipment, or other reasons.
